If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or otherwise not in good condition due to shipping or handling (e.g., broken stems, severe wilting, or significant damage visible upon arrival), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as possible) with the following:

- Clear photos of the plant(s) as received, including any packaging damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your photos and details promptly. If we determine the issue occurred during transit or was our responsibility, we will send a replacement plant of the same variety (or a comparable one of similar value if the original is out of stock) at no additional cost to you.
